DELIVERY TIMES
Each piece is handmade in Natalie’s Glasgow studio and many designs are made to order. Items held in stock will be dispatched within 3 working days. If a piece requires longer to prepare, I will be in touch with an estimated dispatch date. Made to order items can take up to 14 days, though it is often sooner. If you need an item by a specific date, please get in touch and I will do my best to accommodate you.

ORDER PROGRESS
To check on the progress of an order placed online, please email me  and I will be happy to give you an update.

UK ORDERS
Delivery within the UK is free of charge. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, a next-day service that requires a signature upon delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We have temporarily paused shipping to the EU and Northern Ireland following the introduction of the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), which came into effect on 13th December 2024. We apologise for any inconvenience and hope to resume shipping to these destinations in due course. We continue to ship to all other international destinations.

International orders are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed at a cost of £10. Please be aware that any import duties, sales taxes or customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Paperwork detailing the parcel contents will be included for customs purposes.
