DELIVERY TIMES

Each piece is handmade in Natalie’s Glasgow studio and many designs are made to order.  Items held in stock will be dispatched within 3 working days.  If a piece will take any longer to dispatch, I will be in touch to advise an estimated despatch date.
Made to order items may take up to 14 days although usually it will be sooner.
If you would like an item for a specific date, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate your requirements.

ORDER PROGRESS

If you would like to check the progress of an order placed online, please email natalie@nataliebakerjewellery.com and I will be happy to provide you with an update on your order.

UK ORDERS

Delivery within the UK is free of charge. 
UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is a next-day service and a signature is required on delivery. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

*We have temporarily paused shipping to the EU and Northern Ireland due to the new General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) that comes into effect on December 13, 2024. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and very much hope to resume shipping to these destinations again in due course.  We will continue to ship to other international destinations.

International orders are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed and the cost is £10.

Please be aware that customers are responsible for any import duties, sales taxes or other import costs.
